Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments work on TopZalog.com, which methods we accept, how order cancellation works, and when we issue refunds. Before paying, you are asked to confirm that you are acquainted with this policy.
1. Payment methods
All payments are processed by ePay.bg (Ipay AD) and the BORICA card network. On ePay.bg's payment page you can pay in one of the following ways:
- Bank card — Visa or Mastercard, secured with 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check).
- Cash at EasyPay — you receive a 10-digit payment code and pay in cash at any EasyPay office.
- ATM (B-Pay) — pay at an ATM using the payment code.
2. How payment works
- When you choose a plan and press "Pay", you are redirected to ePay.bg's secure payment page to select a method and complete the payment.
- TopZalog.com never sees, processes or stores your card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC code.
- Card — confirms within seconds; your subscription activates immediately on confirmation.
- Cash / ATM — payment is asynchronous — the order stays "awaiting payment" until you pay the code at EasyPay. Your subscription activates automatically as soon as we receive confirmation (this can take up to a few days, within the code's validity).
3. Prices and currency
- All prices are in euro (EUR, €) — the currency in which they are charged.
- We charge exactly the amount shown on the plans page for your selection, including any active discount. We never charge the struck-through (standard) price.
- Any due taxes and fees, where applicable, are stated on the plans page and at checkout.
4. Subscription model
Each subscription period is a one-time purchase. We do not store your card and there is no automatic renewal — your access ends at the end of the paid period, and you decide whether to buy another period.
5. Cancellation policy
- Right to cancel — because payment is one-time per period, there is no recurring charge to cancel. You can stop at any time by simply not purchasing another period.
- Period — a period you have already paid for stays active until it ends; no new period starts without a new payment from you.
- Penalty — no fee or penalty applies.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
TopZalog.com provides a digital service that becomes available immediately after a confirmed payment.
- By ordering, you expressly request immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Bulgarian and EU consumer law (once provision has begun).
- Because the service is digital and consumed immediately, it cannot be "returned". We do not refund periods once access has been granted, including partial or unused periods.
- Exceptions — we refund where: (a) you were charged in error or more than once; or (b) we cannot provide the service you paid for. Card refunds go to the same card, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Unpaid code — if an EasyPay payment code expires unpaid, no charge is made and you can start a new order.
